Plot: Toshiko finds herself developing feelings for a soldier who is trapped out of his time zone. The world’s future ends up being in his hands. A crisis warned that would happen by the Torchwood 90 years ago is about to reach its climax at an old haunted hospital. With time zones colliding it’s down to the team to try and save the world.
