Plot: Ike and his kindergarten teacher are having an affair, and Kyle is angry that no one seems interested in punishing the teacher for her crime. Meanwhile, Cartman has a new authoritative role: he’s South Park Elementary’s new hall monitor - a job he takes very seriously.
