Plot: When Chris wants to loose weight, Peter offers to help, however when working out doesn’t seem to work, Cleveland suggests liposuction. Chris isn’t into the idea, while Peter becomes addicted to it. Meanwhile, Stewie’s plan to make Chris feel bad about his weight backfires, and he becomes incredibly fat himself.
